  CTC-150

ATI’s automated wafer stack cassetting system separates thin solar wafers from a stack, and places them into a cassette at a high rate of speed.
Using our patented process, a specially designed end effector removes one wafer at a time, without damage inflicting edge contact, and places it in a cassette.

Product yield is improved by eliminating wafer damage due to handling errors.

An auto-return feature facilitates quick coin-stack reloading.

The wafer magazine accepts up to 125 mm tall wafer stack and is configurable for wafer sizes from 125 - 200 mm.

We also have cassette managment systems to support the CTC-150 and other equipment.
