ATI has since evolved into a full-service automated manufacturing systems firm dedicated to fulfilling the manufacturing equipment and component needs of the semi conductor, solar, medical, and other industries worldwide. We have over 40,000 square feet in our facility.

ATI provides a broad range of services, from front-end engineering design to complete system integration. Our group of specialists focus on creative, cost effective, and reliable manufacturing solutions in diverse fields. Our experience includes semiconductor wafer, solar wafer, medical components, and consumable goods manufacturing industries. Automation Technology is your single source for process automation equipment.

We also specialize in parts and component manufacturing. Whether we work from your prints or reverse engineer a sample, in most cases we are able to offer a higher quality solution at a lower cost. We also have metal and plastic welding capability.

From machined plastic parts, to complex precision metal components or highly sophisticated process and testing equipment, our people are dedicated to providing engineered efficiency, excellent reliability and the highest quality to our customers.

We also offer contract Manufacturing. We can manufacture and assemble the parts for your projects or products, including wiring and testing in our 40,000 square foot facility. We fabricate, assemble, wire, program, and perform extensive testing on all projects prior to delivery.

Full Service:
We offer analysis, design, prototyping, project management, system fabrication, programming, testing, and installation of automated manufacturing systems.

Turnkey Systems:
Our engineers work closely with clients to design a system that meets their needs. We then build, test, and implement each project on schedule.

In House Parts Mfg:
ATI's "In-House" fully equipped shop typically allows us to manufacture over 95% of required parts internally to ensure quality control.

Machining Services:
Our state of the art machining and fabrication facility provides a full range of contract manufacturing services to our customers.

Support:
ATI provides on-going service and maintenance on a 24/7 basis in addition to on-site training and upgrades. Extended warranty programs are available.
